To operate satisfactorily wireless
intercoms must be installed on the same phase (no intervening
transformers or sub-stations) and where there are no sources
of electrical interference. Wireless intercoms can be seriously
affected by equipment and mains wiring installations containing
electrical filters and/or E.L.C.B's. The affective range,
is up to 250 metres. If in doubt use wired type intercoms.
