This compact, Mini DVR is extremely simple to use and can store approximately 230 images and 50 (ten second) video clips with it’s own buit in 128GB SD (Not removeable)
Supplied with a 2GB SD card can be inserted to expand the memory capacity, storage for up to 28800 images and 4380 (ten second) video clips (Around 6 Hour of continuous Video Clips) can then be utilised. This device will record any detected motion to an SD memory card as either stills or as 10 second motion video clipsThe built-in software can also date and timestamp snapshots for that extra bit of usefulness.Since the snapshots are stored on a memory card (up to 2GB cards are supported), you can then just remove the card and slot it into your PC’s via supplied card reader to transfer the contents.
The unit weighs approximately 100g and measures just 80x115x31(mm). Integrated software includes standard motion detection recording triggers plus time & date event stamping. Playback of stored footage or still images can be viewed on a standard TV using the phono video output. Requires 12v power input (mains adaptor supplied). Unit records at 8fps.
This is a fantastic and practical way to use this device in the field, as you just replace the card for more storage. It’s powered by 12V DC, so can easily be built into a portable covert surveillance camera unit for any investigation operations.
